We process all rail products in-store. You can order in person, online, or over the phone. For online (email) and phone orders, you may pick up your passes or tickets at the HI-Travel Store or we can ship them to you for a fee. We ship UPS. Rates depend on weight, zip code, and speed of service.
We provide an order form online to ease the process of placing an order. Generally, it takes us 15-30 minutes to process an order in-store, however sometimes it may take longer.
